Job summary

The role emphasizes IRM alignment and sales-support activities, with a base annual salary and incentive opportunities. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in teller/cash handling or client service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and drive complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and client needs identification.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
