Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teammate to deliver industry-leading client service and grow client relationships in the United States. You will provide tailored financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other specialists, with a potential cross-training to teller duties.

The role focuses on meeting service and sales targets, advising on lending options, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and develop client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and expanding relationships.

• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and provide expert resource.
