Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular full-time position in our United States branch network. The role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience through personalized service, education on digital banking tools, and proactive outreach to identify client needs.

You will work within the Retail Community Bank framework and participate in leadership routines. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior teller or cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outreach, assessing client needs, and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
