Truist is seeking a Regular full-time position in the United States to provide timely client transactions and comprehensive service. You will educate clients on digital banking, engage in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts to deliver Truist expertise.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a branch environment, with the potential for some travel and extended hours as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
