Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused Retail Banking Associate to deliver a high-quality client experience. You will educate clients on digital banking tools and assist with transactions while identifying sales opportunities and guiding customers to appropriate branch specialists.

The role supports team selling and adheres to established policies and processes. The position requires routing to meet branch needs, weekend/extended hours, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
