Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in the United States. You will provide timely, accurate client transactions and maintain thorough records while helping clients understand digital banking tools.

The role includes outbound calls and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position emphasizes customer service, cross-selling opportunities, adherence to policies, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling/client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
