Job summary

Truist is seeking a regular full-time Banking Associate to deliver timely, accurate client transactions and superior service at our branch. You will educate clients on digital banking, support sales efforts, and leverage IRM practices to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in teller/cash handling, and the ability to multi-task in a busy banking environment. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs for referrals to branch team members.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
• Handle proportional workload based on branch demands.
