Job summary

Truist is hiring a Regular (1st shift) associate responsible for timely and accurate client transactions and maintaining thorough records. The role involves educating clients on digital banking, supporting outbound calls, and applying Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2 years in teller or client service, 6 months in client relationship or sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales process by outbound client outreach, checking offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
