Truist is seeking a Regular 1st shift staff member to provide timely, accurate banking transactions while delivering superior client service. You will educate clients on digital channels and support outbound outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to identify opportunities.

This role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of teller or client service experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and PC skills to navigate branch automation and standard software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and identifying needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound calls and referrals to branch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings and applicable learning sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
