You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM services, and collaborate with our team of experts to address their financial needs while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training and licensing requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses within 180 days.
