Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and opening of new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital channels like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
