Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and device management following bank procedures.
