Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships by sharing product knowledge and solutions, helping clients achieve their financial goals.

You will work in a branch environment, greeting clients, facilitating meetings, and using Chase Mobile App and ATMs to support everyday banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure policy compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service tech.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
