Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to experts.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policies.
