Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience required.
• Ability to greet and assist clients in a welcoming manner.
• Capacity to learn banking products, services and procedures quickly.
• Ability to handle transactions and maintain accuracy with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking options for self-service needs.
