Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch, delivering warm, trusted service while leveraging modern banking tools to meet clients’ financial needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, educate clients on digital solutions, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial goals, while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required (will be supported to obtain via licensing program).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
