Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, managing and retaining client relationships using our financial solutions. You will engage clients in person and by phone, tailoring product recommendations and guiding them through technology tools to enhance their banking experience.

You will be part of our Consumer & Community Banking division, supporting customers with a broad range of financial products and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients with banking needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
