You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, tailor product recommendations, and work within a team of experts to address complex financial needs. Compliance and risk responsibilities are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone, with ability to tailor product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk/compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.
