You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding them through products and services while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Capable of meeting risk and compliance obligations.
• Licensing requirements must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and over the phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
