Job summary

Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker in a branch setting. You will represent the brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and fintech to serve clients.

You’ll acquire, manage, and retain relationships while applying your financial knowledge to address clients’ needs. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent service, meeting with clients in person or by phone, and guiding them through products and services while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
