Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality at a Chase Branch, using the latest banking solutions and fintech to serve clients.

You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, tailor product recommendations, and help clients with digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while complying with banking rules and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Able to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licenses must be obtained through JPMC’s program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
