This role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to banking regulations, and ongoing collaboration with a team of specialists to support clients across core banking services.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to tailor product features to diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory requirements and processes.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships in person and by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and make tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
