Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets through relationship development.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies with policy changes awareness.
• Ensures consistent client service by greeting clients and assisting them through the branch.
