Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and on the phone.
• Offer financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Support sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining client relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for appropriate solutions.
• Engage in leadership routines and ongoing sales/product training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
