Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with demonstrated client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
