Qualifications

• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
