Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and use modern banking solutions to meet financial needs.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, tailoring product recommendations, and guiding them through digital tools while adhering to banking regulations and internal policies. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone contact.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
