Responsibilities include delivering confident, compliant service and building trusted relationships with walk-in and scheduled clients, while learning products and collaborating with experts on complex needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in consultative communication to build trust and understand client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
