Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to welcome clients, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and build lasting relationships.

You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients with their banking needs and collaborate with a team of experts for specialized services. The role requires strong communication, client-focused service, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings, with training on banking policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with clients.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and tailor banking solutions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Preferred: 1+ year of sales experience in Retail or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and over the phone to develop relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
