JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, build trusted relationships, and provide seamless banking experiences using Chase Mobile App and other digital tools.

You will educate clients, open accounts, and help them achieve financial goals while ensuring compliance with banking policies. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a client-first approach in a branch setting.

Qualificações

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to engage clients and understand needs.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices like bank vaults/ATMs while adhering to bank policies.
