Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, support account openings, and guide customers to use Chase Mobile App and online banking. Collaboration with team members ensures seamless service and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or retail banking preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to greet and engage clients with hospitality.
• Ability to learn products, policies, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, mobile apps, online banking, and ATM usage.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and empathetic service.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and device management while following procedures.
