Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to provide welcoming, knowledgeable service in a Chase Branch. You will greet clients, assess financial needs, and recommend banking solutions while using Chase Mobile App and digital channels to enhance the client experience.

Ideal candidates include those with 1+ year of sales in financial services and a High School diploma; college degree or military equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent)
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail/Financial Services preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com)
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
