JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will welcome clients, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and help them navigate banking technology like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Responsibilities include building trust, deepening relationships, and advising on products while complying with banking regulations and risk controls. This role requires weekend/evening hours and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or related industries.
• College degree or military experience.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
