JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and expert financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging banking solutions to address financial needs and enhance the client experience.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work branch hours including some evenings and weekends. Compliance and regulatory training is a must.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent client experience.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access to banking.
