Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering tailored financial solutions and leveraging digital banking tools to enhance the client experience.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in banking, strong communication, and adherence to risk/compliance standards. Branch hours including weekends/evenings are expected as part of the position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
