Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Adherence to risk, compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Must have high school diploma or GED; licensing-required within 180 days if unlicensed.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor banking solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
