Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain required licenses within 180 days of hire through JPMorganChase licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a branch setting.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
