JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch, representing the brand with hospitality and expert service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering financial solutions to meet their needs and drive branch success.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and ability to work weekends/evenings. Training and licensing support are provided to ensure compliance and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
