Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk rules.
• Must meet training and licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, state licenses).
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and recommend products/services.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, website, ATMs).
• Learn products, procedures, and coordinate with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
