Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships while providing knowledgeable financial guidance and utilizing Chase digital tools to enhance service.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is expected; training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire via JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen and ask questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to internal risk, regulatory, and training requirements.
