Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase branch, delivering hospitality and financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial solutions to meet their needs and simplify their lives.

You will help clients with banking products, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage and meet with assigned clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
