Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven success in acquiring new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with clients of varying needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days via JPMorgan Chase program.
