Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, build meaningful client relationships, and deliver thoughtful financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients using your financial knowledge and technology tools to enhance their banking experience.

You will educate clients on products, ensure compliant service, and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and consult with clients about banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
