Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences across channels.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory requirements and complete required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
