Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses; unlicensed hires must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
