JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address needs and support branch success.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements, including licensing where applicable. 400+ hours flexibility and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements pursued.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, build lasting relationships.
• Use consultative communication to understand clients and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
