Qualifications

• Ability to educate clients on technology and products.
• Willingness to work weekend and some evenings.

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team.
