Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions to address client needs.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on service, and compliance with banking regulations, including access to Chase technology tools to assist clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
