You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships, using your financial knowledge to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service. The role requires 1+ year of retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to tailor product features to clients with different needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk rules.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Aufgaben

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust through questions and careful listening.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
