Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative approach.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail to resolve client issues.
• Must comply with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent); professional licenses required.
• Licensing prerequisites include SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; completion within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with consultative guidance.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
